• Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, with like colors

• Turn inside out to protect the embroidery

• Use mild detergent — avoid bleach or fabric softeners

• Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry

• Do not iron directly on embroidery; if needed, iron inside out on low heat

• Do not dry clean

Following these steps will help maintain both the fabric and embroidery for long-lasting wear.

Returns Policy for Embroidered Items

All embroidered items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Each piece is custom-made to your specifications, so we cannot accept returns due to sizing, color, or design changes after production begins.

Please double-check your order details before submitting. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Policy for Embroidered Items

All embroidered items are custom-made to order, making each piece unique to you. Because of this personalization, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available on embroidered products.

Please review all design details, sizes, and color choices carefully before placing your order. If there is a defect or error in your order, we will gladly work with you to make it right.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through USPS. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

We offer two shipping options:

• USPS Ground Advantage – economical, reliable delivery

• USPS Priority Mail – faster shipping with tracking and insurance

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect information.
