Pickup Notification

You will receive an email notifying you when your order is complete and ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this notification before coming to pick up your order.

Scheduling Your Pickup

To help ensure someone is available to assist you, please text us at (252) 814-9221 to arrange a pickup time before arriving. While we spend most of our time in the studio, our hours may vary due to production schedules, customer appointments, local deliveries, or off-site events.

Secure Pickup

To help protect your order, we do not leave completed orders unattended on our porch or outside for pickup. Please text (252) 814-9221 to schedule a pickup time so we can personally hand your order to you.  This policy helps ensure every order is received safely and securely.

Pickup Timeframe

Orders should be picked up within 14 days of receiving your pickup notification.

If you need additional time, please contact us before the 14-day pickup window expires. We're happy to work with you whenever possible.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders that remain unclaimed beyond the pickup period without prior communication may be subject to cancellation or additional storage fees at the discretion of Boys & Bolts. We will make every reasonable effort to contact you before taking further action.
