At Boys & Bolts, we take pride in creating high-quality apparel and accessories. Because many of our products are custom-made, please review our return policy below before placing your order.
Customized & Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, all customized or personalized apparel and accessories are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on items that have been personalized, embroidered, printed, or otherwise customized specifically for you.
If we make an error with your order or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Non-customized merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

Unworn and unwashed

In its original condition

Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

Returned with original tags (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Boys & Bolts or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
